Each month’s theme complements the essence of the season — offering a gentle reminder to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life.
You’ll be guided through soothing, long-held Yin postures to ease physical tension and still the mind, followed by a deeply restorative guided meditation to invite inner peace and renewal.
This practice is suitable for all levels and offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, nurture yourself, and move with the changing seasons in a more mindful way.
