Pregnancy yoga classes are tailored to support the physical and mental health of pregnant women. They offer the opportunity to release some of the common aches and discomforts experienced in pregnancy, and dedicated time out to relax and bond with your baby. Classes provide the opportunity to build strength, stamina, confidence in your body ready for labour, by practising birth positions, breathing for labour and strengthening your pelvic floor. They are also a lovely way to meet other mums-to-be in the local area. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, pregnancy yoga classes can help you find fulfilment at this unique time.
