Warm Yoga Flow is open to all abilities, practice in a heated room to 25-27 degree. The warmth will increase your heart rate and metabolism aiding muscle tone and flexibility are improved. Warm Yoga Flow classes is a mix between Vinyasa and gentle Hatha style classes, each posture flows onto the next. This class will leave you feeling energised and mentally restored.
