Vinyasa & Yin, this 60 min class is a mix of Vinyasa and Yin yoga.
30 min of Vinyasa yoga: Vinyasa Flow classes offer more of a dynamic style of practice, that aims to harmonise the breath and movement as you flow through the set sequences and poses. The sets of postures are accessible to all abilities, but should challenge you in your practice, helping you to build strength, and improve your alignment and flexibility.
30 min of Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a slow paced practice, here postures are held for longer periods of time between 3 to 5 minutes to work deeply into the connective tissues of the body.
This class is suitable for beginners and experience yogis alike.
