Join guest teacher Tanja, for a Spring renewal yoga wellness workshop. This practice is designed to help you gently transition from winter into spring through grounding, movement, breath, and rest - all within a safe and supportive space, guided gently. The workshop includes seated mudra practice, a spring-inspired breathing technique, a light heart-opening vinyasa, extended savasana with gentle forehead massage, and a guided spring meditation.

This workshop supports the natural seasonal shift from winter to spring, clearing heaviness, awakening vitality, and connecting with nature's rhythms.

$30 includes:
-2-hour duration
-season aromatherapy gift made by Tanja
