In this one day workshop we take time to explore more space releasing and untiling the knots in our hearts, our connective center. We realign with our inner foundation, creativity and wisdom within, surrendering to what is already present. Not rushing anywhere but allowing yourself to be, with yourself.
Planting the seeds to feed your heart and soul.


MORNING SESSION
08.30-11.00h Being, Breathing, Moving Practice
We start the morning in silence, from there Maxi will guide you through kriya (cleansing) and pranayama (breathing) exercises to allow you to observe and be present what is.
Then we explore more heart space in a semi Led /Mysore class.
11.00-12.00h Yoga Philosophy Talk

This workshop is suitable for ashtanga practitioners of all levels (if unsure please let me know).
