Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga (be finished with shavasana by 9.15, windows will be opened and chants are played before self-practice to clear end of practice energy). You can start during self-practice times, and start at least by 8h00. Kind of like personal training and development in yoga suitable for all levels (also beginners). In this traditional and individual approach to ashtanga yoga the student is going through / learning the sequence (or an adapted sequence suiting the needs of the practitioner) following his / her own breath, and with kindness accepting the pace of the body. The teacher gives more individualised instruction and can help with more specific needs in this style of practicing. The best approach to learn and take the practice to a deeper level while fostering more kindness and inward awareness, altogether allowing more growth than in a led class. For most benefits practice at least twice a week at the school!
