Description
Today is our very last practice in our old shala at the Damsterdiep. And what an amazing atmosphere we have created here together. Time for.a special practice: Maxi will guide you through a pranayama and Chandra Krama this morning.
Chandra Krama, or the Moon Sequence, is an alternative therapeutic Vinyasa Krama sequence accessible to students of all traditions, also beginners.
This self-care class begins with breath work. From there we transition into a gentle vinyasa flow, moving slowly deeper while bringing continuous awareness to the breath and inner sensations, relaxing and soothing the nervous system. We finish with a series of nurturing restorative poses.
This self-care class is for everyone who wants to feel:
-more calm instead of overwhelmed
-more present and at home in their body and mind
-rejuvenated after a busy work week
-more focused to live their best life possible
-more empowered
This self-care class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, and is also a great practice for all Mysore Practitioners to join!
Make sure to arrive both at the shala by 6.55am so there is enough time to set yourself up!
Good to know:
*We start at 7.00am sharp, make sure to log on by 6.55h to set yourself up (making sure your sound and video settings work)
*In case you have injuries, please let me know prior to class
*To experience the full practice, stay until 8.30h (it's of course ok rest earlier and leave earlier, online)
