Description
This is where students are taught the Ashtanga yoga sequence individually within a group setting. Postures are taught sequentially allowing students to develop at a pace that is suitable for each individual. This makes it ideal for those wanting to integrate yoga into their life and deepen their practice in a sustainable way. And also for those new to yoga or those with specific physical/health conditions.

The first session will last 40-60mins, gradually increasing to more, as agreeable and fitting in your schedule.

Suitable for all levels including complete beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners.

Students can attend at any time during the specified time period. We recommend students attend a minimum of two Mysore classes a week.
