The Moon Sequence, or Chandra Krama, begins as a gentle vinyasa flow, moving slowly deeper. This restorative sequence relaxes the nervous system, and helps bring balance to the body in areas that are often neglected in fast-moving vinyasa classes.

This practice is accessible to students of all yoga traditions and will help you rebalance energetically, psychologically, and physically.
