Description
Practicing in the Mysore, practitioners will benefit from receiving direct one-on-one guidance from the teacher, and will grow in their practice with a gradual step-by-step approach respecting the student's pace. A class where beginners practice alongside more seasoned practitioners. A setting for community and real self-growth.
Practitioners in a mysore class receive individual supervision and adjustments, much more than what is possible during a led (talk through) class. With a little bit time, teacher and practitioner get to know each other, and the teacher will understand the unique needs of each practitioner and care for the unique needs of each practitioner. Arguably, the best way to learn and be in practice - at your own pace and capability.
No previous experience needed but a minimum commitment of following 5 classes is required!
In the Mysore practice you will learn yoga in the Vinyasa Krama style, thus, you will learn a practice that suits you best. This practice will be either a traditional Ashtanga yoga practice, but can also draw from Chandra Krama (Moon Sequence), Yin and Restorative yoga - all depending on your unique needs. A practice that will altogether bring you more peace, space and strength in body and mind: a unique practice for you.
