Doors open at 6.30, we practice pranayama and chant at 6.45

Is a wonderful way to still the mind. Chanting helps to concentrate, calm the mind and cheer up the mood. We chant Friday mornings from 06.45-07.15h, and draw from vedic chants as well as the yoga sutras. A beautiful practice! Make sure to arrive a bit before 6.45h!
