This workshop is all about a refined awareness for the center of your body: the muscles and fascia at the torso, pelvis - oh yes, we will explore the concept of the bandhas - and their connection with the rotation of the legs and the involvement of the spinal movement. In various sitting and standing exercises we will rotate, fold and twist the body into different directions to explore physical & energetic alignment. Kidney twists are supporting flexibility of the spine and are also known for their strong cleansing and detoxifying effect. Throwing the old habits and limitations overboard - that was the plan for 2016 anyway, right?
