In our practice we can all get a bit rusty, and fall into our own patterns of presence in our practice.
This class is a great way to review the vinyasa count and with this how to get in and out of the asanas, while receiving anchors for what to focus on while moving or being in the state of the asana. Moreover, it's a great opportunity to experience synchonicity in movement and breath, as all move as one.
Participation in this class is suitable and recommended for all Mysore practitioners, while it is also beneficial for yoga practitioners who practice led classes of ashtanga yoga frequently (but are not completely new to the practice).
This class will start with a guided meditation and gentle pranayama.
