Description
This is a great class for everyone who already practices Ashtanga or has practiced in the past. Please all join!
We start this class with breath awareness and pranayama. Herein Maxi will lead you through simple yet effective exercises to regulate your breath to calm your nervous system.
From there Maxi will lead you through the Primary Series up to navasana (half primary). Thereafter everyone continues Mysore Style.
If you don't practice until navasana yet, practice until where you usually practice and then go to backends and your finishing poses.
Practical info:
*This class starts at 7.00am with the breath exercises.
*It is ok to join later, also during the led part. If you join later you can just do your Mysore Style practice. Maxi will work with you after the led part is finished.
*Teaching stops at 8.45h. If you are still practicing, please continue your practice.
*You will be muted upon entering the meeting.
