On Wednesdays in March and April Marjanne will talk you through half of the Primary series (until Navasana), thereafter everyone continues their own (Mysore-style) practice. The counted class is very beneficial to better understand and better connect to the transitions between asanas, thereby coming more into the meditative aspects and the flow of this practice.

Practical points:

● If you want to join with the led Primary part, make sure to log in a little bit prior to
7.00h so you are ready and set to go at 7.00h.
● The led Primary part will continue until 7.45-7.50h. Of course, it’s always possible
to start your backbends and finishing sequence (Mysore-style) before the end of
the led Primary part (for example if you need to leave earlier).
● If you don’t practice up to half Primary, just follow the class until where you
usually practice and then continue Mysore-style (or observe).
● Of course, if your practice is adjusted in whatever way, do your adjusted practice
● This class is not suitable for total beginners to Ashtanga yoga - come to a
Mysore-class first if you want to learn :)
● You will be muted once class is starting to prevent background noise. During the
Mysore part of the class, if needed for explanation Marjanne will unmute you
● Teaching ends at 8.30h and the meeting will be closed, if you are still in your
practice, please continue.
● It's ok to start earlier and thus log yourself into the meeting earlier - and start with
your Mysore practice (in stead of half led Primary) right away
● It's ok to start after 7.00h with your Mysore-style practice right away instead of half led Primary
