9 Week Series
Nate Guadagni
We all want health, happiness and peace. The tools and practices that I share are the best that I have found to bring these gifts into your life. I look forward to sharing them with you!
Description
Radiant Kids Yoga & Meditation empowers young people to love their bodies and minds, practice self-care and self-regulation and to sleep and feel better.

Kids have never been more distracted. In an increasingly connected world, young people often do not have the skills or ability to tune into their own thoughts, feelings or instincts.

Yoga helps your child build a foundation of confidence and connection with their own body and breath.
Meditation cultivates the focus and awareness needed to tune them into their surroundings, their school work and their own inner guidance.

The benefits of gentle yoga and meditation include:

- Better sleep
- Improved Focus
- Less Stress & Anxiety
- Self Love & Confidence
- Self Regulation
- Increased Empathy
- Greater Awareness

What will we do?

- Breathing practices
- Many types of meditation
- Gentle yoga, qigong, and movement
- Self-reflection and family sharing
- Partner and group practices
- Mindful games

How does it work?

We will meet each week for 9 weeks, helping to establish and reinforce life-long skills.

Classes will be offered live, on Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a link that will work for the whole class series.

For everyone’s comfort and privacy, classes will not be recorded and therefore, no replays will be available.
