Your major joints of your body alternate in their stability and mobility to create effective function. For instance the chain of: Feet (Stable) / Ankles (Mobile) / Knees (stable) / Hips (mobile) allows smooth movement and balance. If any joint gets out of balance it can negatively affect not only it’s own function but also the function of the neighboring joints.
