This indulgent class, is a passive form of yoga which transitions you through a number of beautifully grounded postures, with the use of props and bolsters to support the body and encourage the muscles to let go and relax.
There's something wonderful about being able to do this from the comfort of your own home, create a little zen den, shift the nervous system out of 'flight or fright' into a deeply felt relaxed effortless being.
