Ease into the weekend with a soothing and grounding Slow Flow. In honour of the Summer Solstice, we’ll move mindfully through each posture, taking time to stretch deeply, open the joints, and release stagnant energy—inviting clarity, calm, and spaciousness into the body and mind.

This class is ideal if you're seeking a slower, more introspective practice, and it’s a wonderful entry point for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their connection to breath and body.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can settle in and begin together on time.
