That experience led me to deepen my practice through teacher training, where I realised there was a need for a more practical, down-to-earth approach to yoga. I teach Classical Hatha with a focus on stability and clarity. My classes provide a solid foundation for all levels, whether you’re a total beginner, returning to movement after an injury, or an experienced student looking for a steady, intentional practice to build physical confidence. I don’t believe yoga needs to be complicated or performative to be effective. Instead, I focus on the essentials: mindful movement and the breath. I provide options for every one in each class, ensuring everyone get’s something out of a yoga class. My focus is on helping you build flexibility and strength at a pace that makes sense for you. Sally has been practising yoga for decades and has maintained a consistent personal practice for over 10 years. She is a highly experienced teacher with comprehensive training across Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and breathwork. Her teaching is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply informed by yoga philosophy, anatomy, and nervous system awareness. With experience teaching both in-studio and online, as well as guiding retreats and breathwork journeys, she creates calm, supportive spaces where students feel safe to explore their practice at their own pace.
