Description
Stable, strong and flexible hips give support to the spine. This workshop will address what it is to develop strength to the hips which lead to a healthy range of motion. Weakness in the hips leads to tight groins and lower back, and also weakness in the pelvic floor and legs. Please have a mat, 2 blocks, 3 blankets, a bolster and a chair for this practice.
