Pranayama is the art of breathing - to cultivate energy, to calm the nerves, to help respiratory issues, and bring balance to the mind and body. This 5 day series teaches basic posture (supine and seated) for a beginner to pranayama. NOT FOR BEGINNERS IN IYENGAR YOGA.

Please have a mat, bolster, blankets, and a chair.
