Stay strong through the winter with standing poses.

Standing poses are the central poses in a yoga practice. They bring balance, poise, flexibility and develop strength to maintain healthy hips, spine, and above all, a strong diaphragm. This workshop will explore the range of standing poses from lateral extensions, balance poses, and forward bends. One year of Yoga experience required.
