Jessica O’Leary
Jessica is a retired US Army veteran who stumbled upon a yoga class early in her military career.
As a competitive athlete and paratrooper, she first leaned on yoga intermittently while rehabilitating injuries. She was eventually compelled to reinvent her approach to health and fitness, turning to yoga as the primary means.
With time, her passion for mindful movement deepened and her practice came to appreciate the mind-body connection. Jessica credits Yoga Sculpt for reigniting her dedication to yoga in recent years and is drawn to the rigor of slow, controlled movements throughout a Vinyasa flow. Having experienced physical changes that permanently altered her lifestyle, she understands the value of an accessible strengthening practice.
Jessica completed her initial teacher training and Reiki certification at Yandara in Baja, Mexico, where she was inspired to explore a more spiritual domain. She enjoys learning about astrology, remote healing, and the power of meditation. In her free time, Jessica loves being in nature and cozying up in her cabin with her dog and cat.

Description
This transformational and healing six-week program offers a safe space for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence to gain greater awareness of self through strength, stability, assertiveness, and mindfulness.
Participants will be guided through weekly themes for healing, with a focus on building resilience. We will explore mindful movement and restorative postures, practice positive affirmations with intention and gratitude, and offer guided meditation and relaxation techniques. Classes integrate journaling, art, and therapeutic activities to support self-expression and emotional processing.
Each session builds upon the last, allowing participants to develop a personal ‘toolbox’ of self-regulation strategies—tools that may support better sleep, reduced anxiety and depression, and improved coping with symptoms of PTSD. A licensed mental health clinician will be available throughout the program to ensure added support.
All participants will receive a yoga mat, journal, and course materials.
To honor the limited group size and ensure spaces are held with care, a $50 deposit is required to register. This deposit is non-refundable and helps support program capacity and participant commitment. All other costs are fully covered by grant funding. Need based deposit waivers are available to ensure accessibility for all participants.
*Women who have been impacted by Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Assault only.

Settle into stillness with a serene evening of yoga illuminated by the gentle glow of candlelight.
Yin Yoga offers an invitation to surrender, to let go, and to simply be. This practice is not about striving, achieving, or forcing the body into extreme shapes. Instead, Yin Yoga is a journey of self-connection, meeting yourself exactly as you are, in body, mind, heart, and spirit. From there, we guide you into simple, passive seated and reclining postures, supported by blankets and bolsters, and held for 3-5 minutes. After 45 minutes we will transition to restorative yoga, where you will experience a state of blissful relaxation through guided meditation.
Whether you’re seeking a break from the weekly hustle and bustle or looking to connect with yourself on a deeper level, this practice encourages a deep sense of calm, focus, and inner balance~a perfect respite from the daily chaos.

Kim’s yoga journey began as a search for healing during one of the most difficult times of her life. Originally from a small village in Cambodia, she was raised by her grandparents until moving to the United States in 2006 to reunite with her parents. Just two years later, she was faced with the devastating loss of her grandparents, a tragedy that led her to struggle deeply with grief and depression.
In the midst of this hardship, Kim discovered meditation and yoga as powerful tools for healing and self-discovery. What started as a way to cope soon blossomed into a lifelong passion for mindful movement, breath, and connection. Over time, her practice has evolved to embrace the deeper spiritual and emotional aspects of yoga, as well as its physical benefits.
Kim’s classes emphasize more than just the physical postures—they offer space for healing, reflection, and empowerment. She is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students can explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Off the mat, Kim loves diving deeper into meditation and Ayurveda, and cherishes time with family and community.

Description
Close out your weekend with a practice that feels like a gift to yourself. SERENITY is a slow, grounding class of gentle, floor-based movement and longer, supported holds—giving the body time to soften, the breath to steady, and the mind to settle. Guided at an unhurried pace, it’s a space to release the weight of the week and prepare for the days ahead feeling nourished and restored.
Candlelight and soft music wrap the sanctuary in warmth, while an optional aromatherapy selection tray offers essential oil rollers for self-application, allowing you to choose a scent—or none at all—that supports your own way of unwinding. The class closes with an extended guided rest, inviting deep calm and a sense of being deeply nurtured.
** Optional, nurturing hands-on assists may be offered to help the body feel fully supported and ease into deeper rest. A simple consent token is provided so you can quietly indicate whether you’d like assists during class—your comfort and choice always guides the experience.
60 min Accessible for everyBODY.

Description
Neurosculpting Sessions
Each session begins with a brief consultation, followed by your choice of an immersive path—designed to restore clarity, resilience, and nervous system balance through evidence-based tools and sensory care. Settle into your zero-gravity lounger, cocooned in warmth and quiet, as your selected protocol gently guides your system inward. All sessions include an integration period for reflective quiet and relaxation.
Granite Rest
A deeply restorative experience that uses NuCalm’s neuroacoustic frequencies, biosignal stimulation, and eye masks to shift the brain into a parasympathetic state—steady and grounding, like granite beneath your feet.
River Place
Inspired by the soft flow of water, this session features Sensate’s infrasonic vibrations placed over the chest, gently stimulating the vagus nerve. Paired with calming soundscapes, this track supports internal quieting and a felt sense of safety—like resting beside a river.
Quiet Ascent
A lightly structured neurofeedback session using the Mendi headband to train focused attention and calm regulation. You’ll actively guide your own brain toward balance, with optional journaling or spacious reflection afterward. Ideal for those seeking clarity and gentle re-entry into intentional awareness.
Spirit Sky
An immersive session into open states of perception using BrainTap’s guided light and audio programs or NeuroVizr’s patterned light and sound immersion. These experiences support neuroplasticity and creativity by gently interrupting rigid patterns—expansive and light, like sky over summit.
Note: Not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, light sensitivity, or certain vestibular conditions. All sessions are titrated to your comfort.

🍁4-Week Seasonal Wellness Series with Guest Teacher Michelle Stakutis, LMHC🍁
Autumn reminds us to care for what sustains us. As the season shifts, it offers a natural moment to slow down, steady ourselves, and nurture inner balance. This four-week series, Sunday Sanctuary, creates space for gentle movement, guided meditation, and shared circle—a weekly practice of tending to body, mind, and heart with care.
Each gathering opens in circle, creating time for intention and arrival. From there, you’ll be guided through accessible yoga and breath practices—movements that invite awareness and ease. Meditation follows, offering quiet space for reflection and presence. We close together in community, with room for sharing or resting in silence.
This series is open to all, whether you are new to yoga and meditation or seeking a seasonal practice that supports steadiness and well-being.
This special wellness series is included in all studio passes and memberships. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in; doors close at the start to honor the integrity of the circle.
🪷 Michelle Stakutis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master with more than 25 years of experience. She integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and holistic practices with a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach—supporting individuals in navigating stress, life transitions, and overall well-being.

Kim Ket
