適合從來未接觸過空中瑜伽和沒有恒常運動習慣的學員,導師會細心解釋每個基本式子,會利用懸垂的絹布,藉助地心引力與布的螺旋力,使平時難以完成的瑜伽動作變得較輕鬆,幫助學員建立對練習空中瑜伽的信心和習慣。提升身體的協調感與肌力。 配合呼吸以改善體態的不平衡,令身體獲得深層的舒展與釋放緊繃壓力。
***不建議患有高低血壓、心臟病、青光眼、腎上腺、耳水不平衡人士和孕婦參與此課堂,適逢生理期學員亦應避免倒掛的練習。

Description
正確練習後彎,能有效矯正駝背、鍛鍊腹部肌肉,減輕肌肉與關節負擔,並同時避免腰椎的擠壓。此課堂導師會帶領學員透過不同肌肉的運用,引導大家進入後彎式子。
手平衡是瑜伽練習中重要的一環,是邁向高階練習之路。眾多瑜伽式子均需依靠手平衝的力量,例如烏鴉式 Crow Pose、八角手平衡Eight Angle Pose ,草蜢式Grasshopper Pose等等。
手平衡建立在肌力腹部核心基礎上,配合呼吸、及適度的伸展才能完成。課程內容會集中教授手平衡的基礎、不同肌肉的運用及練習不同手平衡式子。除了式子上的追求外,練習手平衡更可為你帶來更細緻的手臂線條。
導師會因應不同學員的需要調整教學內容,適合有意改善後彎及手平衡的學員。
