此課堂需穿著普通襪子，課堂混合 Pilates (普拉提) 及 Barre (芭蕾) 兩大運動並配搭sliding 練習加強平衡、專注力以及肌肉控制，以塑型訓練為主。

Barre (芭蕾) 可提升身體肌力與靈活度，也能很好的訓練耐力、提升平衡感和肢體活動範圍。Barre 有許多動作需要腹肌與背肌的穩定，幫助塑出結實、線條感更強的身體曲線。

備註：學生需穿著乾淨襪子上課。
