Description
長時間保持坐姿的現代生活容易使身體僵硬。柔軟有彈性的及腿後肌可以帶來更靈敏的身體並改善血液循環。這課堂以伸展下半身為主,練習一字馬,深層針對雙腿肌肉,以至腳跟,練習如何適度地伸展腿后肌。維持腿後肌良好的活動度與彈性,減輕肌肉繃緊。
