Teaching yoga online on the Go
In this sixth episode of the Community chats, Margarita Viviani from Vivi Yoga will share her experience with teaching yoga online while travelling through Europe. She offers online classes in yoga for women, pregnancy, meditation, and Ayurveda workshops. A few live classes are held through Zoom, but Margarita prefers to stick to pre-recorded classes due to her nomadic lifestyle and potential connection issues. In her experience online teaching can be challenging, but is worth it to reach a wider audience.
Margarita believes that there is too much perfection in yoga and wants to share classes rather than striving for perfection. Her teachings include helping women understand their cycles and live in a way that is true to themselves. She offers one-on-one online sessions with women and is a big fan of Ajurveda.
In her experience yoga and Ayurveda are two sisters. And she emphasizes the importance of living what you teach, especially as a yoga teacher. She has learned to listen to herself and align with her own needs, and encourages others to do the same in her classes and one-on-one sessions.
