Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Aside from the Free plan, all our paid plans are subscription-based. There's no contract and you can cancel your account at any time. You’ll then be able to keep using Momoyoga until the end of your billing cycle.
Do I need to enter my payment details to get started?
No, you don’t need to enter your payment details to get started with Momoyoga. The Standard and Plus plan both offer a 14-day trial period. Only if you decide to activate your account, we will ask for your payment details.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Before the end of your 14-day trial period, we'll ask you if you want to continue using Momoyoga. If you don't take action, your account will expire automatically. Only when you indicate that you want to continue using Momoyoga, your account will remain active.
Can I still change my plan later on?
Absolutely. If you want to downgrade or upgrade your plan, you can do it yourself without needing to contact our support team.
Are there any other fees?
We don't charge any additional fees for the number of classes, yogis, or memberships. If you use the Free plan, there is a 5% fee next to the transaction costs.
Do Momoyoga fees include VAT?
For Momoyoga users within the EU, VAT applicable for your country is charged on top of Momoyoga fees, unless you supply a valid EU TAX ID. Countries outside of the EU won’t be charged VAT.
