Release physical and mental stress. Myofascial release yoga includes props like foam rollers, blocks, therapy balls, and acupressure mats to help relieve tension in the connective tissue throughout your body. Like acupuncture or massage, these props help target specific pressure points in order to assist a myofascial release. Yin Yoga is focused on joint rehabilitation. These longer held poses target the connective tissues that other types of yoga miss. Beginner friendly.
