In this session we will discuss what triggers our “meno-rage & Anxiety” and learn some techniques to feel more in control of your emotions.

The session will include Breath Work, Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation.

You will need:
Yoga Mat
Yoga Bolster (or 2 Pillows)
Blocks or Bricks
