Morning yoga is a great way to start your day AND your week!

Speeltuin Mimosastraat, Mariakerke. Google Maps knows the location!
I will be there as of 09:40 to welcome you!

IMPORTANT
--> We will keep a 1,5 meter distance between the mats. You don't need to wear a mask.
--> Bring your own mat and any props, please. You might want to bring something to put under your mat to protect it from potential dirt and grass stains.
--> Wear enough clothes layers to feel warm. Bring your blanket to feel cosy during the final relaxation!
--> Bring your own water / tea for during the practice
--> Registration online before May 29, 19:00
--> Price: 10 euro (if you are a client of the studio and have credits left on your account (physical classes), you can use those credits also)
--> The class might be cancelled if the weather is rainy and you will be notified by e-mail.

This is a very special class organised in cooperation with Stefan, who is an amateur musician. Stefan plays piano and handpan and performs improvised theatre, as well as a practitioner of yoga and meditation, and is fascinated by how to improvise supporting music for the performing arts, yoga and meditation sessions. In this Yoga Nidra class he will play a Halo Sirena handpan.
