Description
A therapeutic session guided by the rhythms of this land.
These sessions are shaped by the turning of the seasons - both in nature and within the body. Drawing from yoga, qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, we create practices that are responsive to the time of year.
In spring, we may focus on gentle expansion and renewal.
In autumn, softening and letting go.
In winter, deep rest and conservation of energy.
The movements are steady and intentional. There is space to pause. To feel. To notice.
Rather than working towards aesthetic shapes or intensity, we work towards supporting the nervous system and cultivating a sense of restoration.
You’ll be invited to:
• Move in rhythm with breath
• Build warmth or softness according to the season
• Explore seasonal philosophy in a grounded, accessible way
• Develop a more cyclical relationship with your body
This is not about pushing or performing.
It’s about practising in a way that honours your energy, the land beneath you, and the wider cycles we are part of.
In a culture that encourages constant output, these sessions offer a return to cyclical living. Suitable for all levels of experience.
