Midday Pause is a gentle, drop-in practice designed as a moment of rest & re-centring within the working day.

This class offers space to reconnect with the body, take a pause from the hustle & bustle of life & hopefully in turn - keep the nervous system in a sustainable place.

The practice is physically simple and unhurried, with an emphasis on stress reduction.

The class is offered with those who have a female hormonal cycle in mind, and there may be references to cyclical living and womb-centred practices. You’re welcome to take what feels supportive and leave the rest.

There is no expectation to connect socially — you’re welcome to arrive quietly, practice, and return to your day feeling more grounded. We will always have tea on the go.

Once a month, Midday Pause is offered as a longer 90-minute practice, allowing additional time to settle and rest more deeply.

Every Tuesday evening, our wonderful Katie Sayles leads a very special closed group. This is a therapeutic style closed group, based around women’s circle. Expect community, conversation, somatic movement, rest, breathwork and wild woman energy. To give you a flavour, themes in the past have included embodiment, somatic's and desire.

The fee is £64 per four week phase. You are not required to attend every session but we cannot refund any missed sessions in a closed group.

Through simple yoga, spiritual concepts, meditation, rest, sound, and the ancient power of women’s circle, we create space for you to explore and lean into a slower and more intentional way of life.

Our Thursday closed group specifics.

This intimate, year-round circle is shared between Mary and Elisha and runs in a five week cycle, including your week off.

Week 1 — A 90-Minute Ritual with Elisha. Each cycle begins with a ritual to set the theme for the month. Elisha weaves together a rich blend of practices such as:

Sharing & chatting
Gentle movement
Meditation & breathwork
Rest & dream-work
Journaling
Sound healing

This opening session sets the energetic tone and guides the weeks ahead.

Weeks 2, 3 & 4 — A 60-Minute Yoga Class with Mary

Mary crafts three weeks of Yoga to align with the monthly theme. These classes offer consistency, grounding, and the steady rhythm needed to deepen your practice and integrate the teachings.

Week 5 — Integration Week

A spacious week to rest, digest, and allow everything to settle within you. Then we begin again, honoring the cyclical wisdom that nature teaches us.

🌕 Important Notes About the Closed Group

This is a closed container, meaning your place is held just for you.

You’re welcome to miss classes, —there’s no pressure to attend every week.

However, because your space cannot be offered to others, we’re unable to provide refunds for missed sessions.

You may leave the group at any time.
We simply ask for two weeks’ notice before the end of a cycle so we can offer your space to someone on our waitlist.
If less notice is given and we cannot fill your place, we may ask you to complete payment for the next phase.
