Every Tuesday evening, our wonderful Katie Sayles leads a very special closed group. This is a therapeutic style closed group, based around women’s circle. Expect community, conversation, somatic movement, rest, breathwork and wild woman energy. To give you a flavour, themes in the past have included embodiment, somatic's and desire.

The fee is £64 per four week phase. You are not required to attend every session but we cannot refund any missed sessions in a closed group.

At Grow Yoga, our purpose is to support your connection Mother Nature and the natural rhythms that so often get drowned out by the noise of modern life. Through simple yoga, spiritual concepts, meditation, rest, sound, and the ancient power of women’s circle, we create space for you to explore and lean into a slower and more intentional way of life.

Our Thursday closed group specifics.

This intimate, year-round circle is shared between Mary and Elisha and runs in a five week cycle, including your week off.

Week 1 — A 90-Minute Ritual with Elisha. Each cycle begins with a ritual to set the theme for the month. Elisha weaves together a rich blend of practices such as:

Sharing & chatting
Gentle movement
Meditation & breathwork
Rest & dream-work
Journaling
Sound healing

This opening session sets the energetic tone and guides the weeks ahead.

Weeks 2, 3 & 4 — A 60-Minute Yoga Class with Mary

Mary crafts three weeks of Yoga to align with the monthly theme. These classes offer consistency, grounding, and the steady rhythm needed to deepen your practice and integrate the teachings.

Week 5 — Integration Week

A spacious week to rest, digest, and allow everything to settle within you. Then we begin again, honoring the cyclical wisdom that nature teaches us.

🌕 Important Notes About the Closed Group

This is a closed container, meaning your place is held just for you.

You’re welcome to miss classes, —there’s no pressure to attend every week.

However, because your space cannot be offered to others, we’re unable to provide refunds for missed sessions.

You may leave the group at any time.
We simply ask for two weeks’ notice before the end of a cycle so we can offer your space to someone on our waitlist.
If less notice is given and we cannot fill your place, we may ask you to complete payment for the next phase.

If you book now, you will access the 2025 rate of £64 per phase before our prices increase for 2026.

This small, closed-group class is designed for those who need a gentler yoga practice due to pain, fatigue, or other health-related needs. With only four participants, the group offers a spacious, supportive and personal experience.

A closed group means the same members attend for at least four weeks, helping create consistency in the teachings and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Please note that, due to the nature of the closed group, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions.

The class is led by Katie Sayles, a Yoga Teacher, Somatic Coach and Registered Mental Health Nurse. Katie has extensive experience offering one-to-one therapeutic support for people with pain, fatigue and other health needs, and is passionate about creating a nurturing community space.

A small, intimate, monthly gathering for like-minded women who are craving connection—with their wildish nature and with each other. This relaxed session is facilitated by Katie Sayles and includes gentle sound, somatic elements and space to simply socialise.

1. Intro's & chit chat
2. Oracle cards / tarot cards (bring your own witchy stuff if you have your own interests to share, or come & enjoy if you're new to all of this)
3. Some kind of embodied dance, to move, shake, release, relax.

This is one of our most casual offerings at grow. You’re welcome to bring a drink of your choice (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Come in your cosies or dress up if that feels right—anything goes.

This circle is open to all women, of all ages.

Tickets for this session are priced slightly lower than our other women’s circles, as the group is only partly facilitated. Think of Katie as your host, rather than your teacher, for this gathering.
