A three part, workshop style closed group exploring womb yoga practice including body sensation & pleasure anatomy.

Expect three x three hour educational, friendly, experiential workshop style sessions with the same group over three months. You will also receive home practices inbetween to create an immersive container and a discounted rate on 1-1s should you wish to explore themes any deeper.

In this series we will explore

The history of Yoga & the context of the lesser known womb yoga lineages
Reclaiming language and anatomy of the female body, including pleasure anatomy
Cyclical living
Energy systems of the female body
A reigniting of full body sensation

Each session will include education, womb yoga practices, a sharing circle (no pressure to share - you are so welcome to listen), a sound bath & rest and suggestions for home practice.

Women and others with a womb are so welcome into this space - and please know that even if you are past your menstruating years, or have had a hysterectomy, this space is for you.

Price is £48 per workshop. You must pay for all three, as we cannot fill your space if you cannot attend a session due to the closed nature of the group.

Through simple yoga, spiritual concepts, meditation, rest, sound, and the ancient power of women’s circle, we create space for you to explore and lean into a slower and more intentional way of life.

This intimate, year-round circle is led by Elisha and runs in a five week cycle, including your week off.

Week 1 — A 90-Minute Ritual with Elisha. Each cycle begins with a ritual to set the theme for the month. Elisha weaves together a rich blend of practices such as:

Sharing & chatting
Gentle movement
Meditation & breathwork
Rest & dream-work
Journaling
Sound healing

This opening session sets the energetic tone and guides the weeks ahead.

Weeks 2, 3 & 4 — A 60-Minute Yoga Class with Elisha

Elisha crafts three weeks of Yoga to align with the monthly theme. These classes offer consistency, grounding, and the steady rhythm needed to deepen your practice and integrate the teachings.

Week 5 — Integration Week

A spacious week to rest, digest, and allow everything to settle within you. Then we begin again, honouring the cyclical wisdom that nature teaches us.

🌕 Important Notes About the Closed Group

This is a closed container, meaning your place is held just for you.

You’re welcome to miss classes, —there’s no pressure to attend every week.

However, because your space cannot be offered to others, we’re unable to provide refunds for missed sessions.

You may leave the group at any time.
We simply ask for two weeks’ notice before the end of a cycle so we can offer your space to someone on our waitlist.
If less notice is given and we cannot fill your place, we may ask you to complete payment for the next phase.
