Carolyn Seklii is a certified Yoga instructor also trained in the Cecchetti and Vaganova techniques of classical ballet, as well as various modern dance techniques, Pilates, and other movement and exercise styles. Carolyn holds a BA in dance and has over 40 years of dance
performance, choreography, and teaching experience. From 1982-2008 Carolyn taught dance in the Fredericksburg area and the Northern Neck. In 2007, Carolyn started her law practice in Fredericksburg which focuses on serving children and families. Carolyn began teaching yoga and offering wellness retreats in 2023, following her yoga certification.
