Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.
Description
This Hatha Flow class leads you through a variety of seated, standing, balancing and arm balance postures. We will work to strengthen and stretch the body while focusing on becoming more present. You are continuously guided back to your breath.
This is a mulit-level class. Always mindful of what feels right for you in each moment - take the options that work best for you and take breaks if you need.
