Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

Take a midday break to re-centre. This 30 minute class can be done at your desk or on your mat. Start with a few stretches to awaken the body and get the blood flowing, then follow the guided meditation to help reconnect you with your still, calm mind and Heart Centre.
Continue your day feeling refreshed and calm.
You will be able to see and hear me. We will not be able to see you.
