Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class. Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

Join Yin to slow down and reset. This mindful practice shares tools and messaging to encourage presence and stress relief. Become aware of your inner dialogue and learn skills to quiet your mind and find stillness in your body. Enjoy the added benefit of lovely deep stretches and increased flow of your energy.
