Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class. Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

Description

This class will have you floating out of class feeling deeply nourished and relaxed. We start with some delicious deep stretches while focusing on conscious breathing. Then we wind down and slowly release into a nervous system reset. You will be guided though some lovely visualizations, breath work. and presence creating techniques.
This class is available to everyone.
Props are provided, though feel free to bring more if you wish.
