Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class. Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

Description

Start your day with a gentle hatha flow followed with some lovely deep stretches. This class will focus on safely accessing postures and building strength, then settling into longer held poses to release tension and blocked energy. As always you will be guided through breathing and presence creating techniques. This class is available to everyone. Props will be provided.
