Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class.
Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.
Description
Join Shannon for this class designed to flow you through a fluid hatha practice. Postures are held for a few rounds of breath before progressing to the next.
You will be guided to find presence, develop strength, explore stretching, enjoy savasana etc.
Conscious breathing and cultivating your will are important components to all my classes.
Bring your mat, a bottle of water and anything else that supports your practice. Props are provided.
