Shannon’s yoga journey began with a single class in Toronto—where she instantly felt a deep connection to the practice and was hooked! That first class sparked a passion that led her to dive deep into training, earning certifications in Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, and Vinyasa yoga. She loves blending intuitively guided movement with mindset, weaving meaningful messages into each class. Her teaching focuses on helping students connect with their heart centre while guiding them safely through practice. For Shannon, yoga isn’t just about poses—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and finding your path (sometimes upside down!). She’s deeply grateful to share this practice with our community, creating a space for connection, balance, growth and joy.

Description

A balanced and intentional practice that connects breath with movement through a series of mindful Hatha postures. This class focuses on building strength, stability, and flexibility while encouraging presence and awareness. Movements are accessible yet engaging, with options to modify or deepen based on your needs.
Throughout the practice, mindful messaging is woven in to support introspection and connection.
Expect a steady, grounding flow with moments of stillness to integrate and restore. Suitable for all levels, this practice invites you to move with mindfulness, breathe deeply, and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
Please bring your own blocks if you have them. A few will be available for use.
The weather can be variable, so dress accordingly and don't forget your water and sunscreen.
Feel free to hang out at the end of class.
