Center and Stretch is a dynamic, low-impact class designed to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. You’ll start with controlled core-focused exercises to build stability and body awareness, then transition into a series of active stretches targeting major muscle groups. Expect a mix of standing, mat, and functional movement work that leaves you feeling strong, lengthened, and recharged—perfect as a recovery session or to complement your regular training routine.
