This class is a one-off 'IRL' special, returning to one of my favourite Studios, Broadlands Farm, Sunninghill. This will be a coming together of our community before Christmas (and maybe a time I get to see you all before I move to the North). For those who wish to stay after class we will go for some food at 20:15. Please let me know if you wish to dine with us and I can book a table, this will require a deposit of £10 at the Belvedere Arms, Ascot or you can come for a drink.

Spaces in class are limited to 10 and must booked in advance. This class is not included within monthly memberships, but you may use a single Studio class pass or online block pass.

I hope you can make it to join with other Indyogis after spending the past 18 mths of Zoom together. Please bring your own mat, water and any props that you would usually use for a Vinyasa Flow class. There is a toilet and parking.

DIRECTIONS TO THE YOGA STUDIO
The entrance to Broadlands Farm is about half a mile from the Berystede Hotel down the Bagshot Rd on the left side of the road, or about 1.1 mile from the Windmill Pub if coming from the A30 on the right side of the road. THERE ARE NO GATES.

Come down the drive, veer to the left and drive through the gap to the left of the red garages. Park under the barn and you’ll see the studio roof beyond the greenhouse and wall. There’s a path either side. It will be dark, and there are some guiding lights to the right of the greenhouse.
Alternatively you can park anywhere else on the property but not in front of the red garages. The area to the right of the house is also a good place to park.
