By bringing various yoga lineages together to create intuitive Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin sequences, these online classes are suitable for all levels as modifications are offered.

We focus on alignment in strengthening & releasing asana, using breath control through fluid movement and meditation and finding flow state on and off the mat.

You are able to make a booking up to 2 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and Credit card payment is available. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. However, if you cancel within 6 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.

These classes will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.

Yoga for Modern Life, brings various styles of functional movement together including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Restorative, Stretch and Release, Body Conditioning, Meditation, Breath work and Relaxation to bring flexibility, mobility, strength, positive psychology and mindfulness to your life. These classes are suitable for beginners and all levels who wish to find the following benefits from a mid-week session in a relaxed and welcoming community.

• Yoga mats are available to rent at £2, to buy at £15 or please bring your own
• Props (blocks, eye pillows and yoga belts) are provided, or please bring your own
• In colder months you may wish to bring a blanket for your final relaxation and any cushions you may need for padding knees
