By bringing various yoga lineages together to create an intuitive, Slow Heart Centered Hatha Flow sequence, this class is suitable for all levels as modifications are offered. We focus on alignment in strengthening & releasing asana, using breath control through fluid movement and meditation and finding flow state on and off the mat. Mats and props are provided from Broadlands, but you can bring your own.

There are limited spaces in the studio, with no drop ins on the day. Please book and pay in advance on Momoyoga.Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and Credit card payment is available. You are able to cancel a booking up to 12hrs before class start time. However, if you cancel within 12 hours notice then the full class fee is payable. Usually this is 6hrs, but this is a special class and limited for space.

Please find directions below if you haven’t been to the studio before and aim to arrive at 10:05/10 as parking and turnaround can be tight in the car park after the last class finishes and we can start at 10:15/20.

DIRECTIONS TO BROADLANDS FARM YOGA STUDIO

The entrance to Broadlands Farm is about half a mile from the Berystede Hotel down the Bagshot Rd on the left side of the road, or about 1.1 mile from the Windmill Pub if coming from the A30 on the right side of the road. THERE ARE NO GATES.

Come down the drive, veer to the left by the side of the house and drive through the gap to the left of the red garages. Park under the barn and you’ll see the studio roof beyond the greenhouse and wall. Alternatively you can park anywhere else on the property but not in front of the red garages. The area to the right of the house is also a good place to park.
