A full length 70min Yin Sequence for the Upper body, to include the neck, shoulders, chest, upper & middle back and wrists. A sequence to balance the Left and right sides of the body and a sequence to find self-exploration and discovery within Jnana.

Please have some props available for your practice that you may need, a yoga strap or belt, blocks, blankets and a bolster or pillow/cushions.
