Yin Yoga for the Upper Body and Heart Chakra

A full length Yin Yoga sequence to mobilise the upper body joints, including chest, shoulders and upper & middle back. Please have blocks, strap and a bolster for this practice as well as any additional padding for the knees. This practice also introduces the Anahata Chakra, Heart, for love and kindness as well as steady breath regulation and strengthening the lungs.
